Our Dairy cows are 100% grass-fed, spending their days out on pasture enjoying the sun and living how cows were meant to live. During inclement weather, the cows have access to a barn and hay made from our own fields.

We believe the best milk comes from grass fed cows. The flavor is more complex, the color a beautiful creamy yellow.

We monitor the milk for mastitis by visually inspecting the milk from every cow, everyday for any changes. Once a week we use California mastitis test (CMT) to check for non-visual mastitis.

The milk is tested for bacteria levels every week. The herd is also tested for Tuberculosis and brucelosis annually.
